A problem solver & Self Learner, he has been into recruitment since 2006 and has managed volume hiring, campus hiring & leadership hiring. He has been providing HRBP solutions in bringing creative changes in the areas of HR with comprehensive application of Analytics, Predictive analytics & Trend analysis in Hiring, Performance Management & other HR areas to meet the business goals. While heading the HR teams he has widely implemented the CTB / RTB metrics to provide cost-effective functional solutions. A post graduate in Human Resources, Shubhendu is also certified in 6 Sigma, ITIL V3, QMS Auditor & Change Management.

Vikas Munjal

Vikas is a strong believer in “Do It Now”. He is more of a doer than dreamer & a problem solver. He has been playing a key role in his current capacity and has been a champion in automating processes & how data is derived & conceptualized. His role in Informica is strictly advisory, however he has been the biggest motivator for the current team. Vikas is an experienced Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Business Process, Service Delivery, Requirements Analysis and Service-Level Agreements (SLA). A certified Project Management Professional, Vikas is determined to build Informica into a world class organization.
